Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written for a small service business in Alabama and kept short on purpose. Effective date: November 6, 2026.

What the contact form collects
When you request service, the form asks for your name, a way to reach you (email address and, if you give it, a phone number), your town or address, and a description of the problem. If you send photos when we reply, they are treated the same way. We use that information to reply, to work out which sewer utility serves you, to plan the visit, and to keep a record of the work. We do not use it for anything else.
Service records are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up work on your pump, and then deleted.
The pump lookup
If you type an address into the who owns my pump lookup, or share your location with it, we send that to the US Census Bureau's address service, and to OpenStreetMap if the Census has no match, to work out which town you are in. We do not store it or attach it to you. Using the lookup is optional: you can pick your town or your sewer bill instead.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, your device type and how you arrived at the site. That data is aggregated and does not include what you type into the contact form. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on without affecting how the site works.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers. The only people who see a service request are the people who need it to do the job, plus the providers that run the website, the form and the email service on our behalf, who are allowed to use it only for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact page, using the name and contact details you used with us, and say what you would like done. Deletion requests are honored unless a record must be kept for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we will tell you what is kept and why.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Governing law and changes
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. If it changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.
